Paradise Food Tours delivers fun, flavorful, and locally inspired culinary adventures in Southwest Florida areas including Naples, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island.
Each experience features a curated mix of locally owned restaurants, generous tastings, and the stories behind the chefs, cultures, and flavors that make this region special. Some tours include transportation between stops, while others are designed as relaxed walking journeys through Naples’ charming neighborhoods.

Meet Our Founder
From the Navy to the Heart of Southwest Florida
Founded by Navy veteran Liz Valdez, Paradise Food Tours was born from a passion for discovering and sharing the culinary treasures of Southwest Florida. Liz combines her Ohio-bred hospitality with an insider’s knowledge of the local food scene to create experiences that are more than just a meal—they’re a mission to showcase the best of our community.
Liz loves to quote a Chipotle CEO who once said, “You’ll never go bankrupt over-feeding people.” That has been her philosophy in building Paradise Food Tours, which you’ll notice when you book your own experience!
Liz has an innate love for people and places - of course, places with great food - but in her off time, she truly loves traveling to tropical destinations for scuba diving, snorkeling, and saltwater fishing. She and JC, her husband of 22 years, also have two children: Elian and Iris.
She is actively involved in serving the local community and is a graduate of the Leadership Collier Foundation class of 2026.

Kim Burbacher
TOUR GUIDE
Kim is a proud mom to three amazing teenage boys and dog mom to Mac, her lovable Great Pyrenees mix. She loves bringing people together through food, whether she’s creating homemade pies, cheesecakes, quiches, or her signature sangria (which are sometimes available for purchase by the very fortunate)!When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll find Kim enjoying the beach, boating, traveling or unwinding with a great movie or book.
Kim’s go-to food favorites are eggs benedict, bread pudding, or a good pasta dish!

Michel Eustache
TOUR GUIDE
Trained as a professional musician, Michel’s Venezuelan upbringing was full of classical instruments and singing. He may occasionally burst into song, or share his talents if you’re lucky enough to have him guide you on the Nacho Average Taco Tour!He is actively involved in serving the community through his church, but Michel’s family are the pride of his life; he has two sons and a daughter with his wife Nur.
His go-to foodie tip: Put olive oil on EVERYTHING. It enhances the flavors in every bite; yes, even on ice cream!

Kim Morris
Favorite Restaurant: BHA BHA PERSIAN BISTRO for the Roasted Quail with Albaloo Polo
A Fort Lauderdale native who traded the hustle and bustle for the beautiful Naples lifestyle in 2021, Kim relocated with her husband, 2 daughters, French Bulldogs Magna and Winnie, and cat, Chance. She is the self-appointed "Chief Event Organizer (a.k.a., CEO of fun), always planning the next adventure, discovering hidden gems and the best local restaurants to explore.
When she’s not creating memories with her family, you’ll find Kim enjoying a round of golf with her husband, soaking up sunsets with her daughters, or hunting for treasures at local consignment shops.
Kim loves sharing great food, unique experiences and the special places that make Southwest Florida such an amazing place to call home.
